This is the overview page of the Denitool holemaking program. It covers **fine boring** (finishing a pre-drilled bore to a precise diameter) with two product families: the adjustable **Vario® System** and **carbide boring bars for precision boring heads**. ## Terms used on this page

- **DMIN**: minimum bore diameter the tool can machine.
- **KAPR**: tool cutting edge angle.
- **Insert size codes** (CP 05T1, TP 0702, WC 0201, CD 0401): ISO insert shape + size. See https://www.denitool.com/md/en/insert-designation.md

## Vario® System at a glance

A Vario tool has three parts: a **head** (VAS), a fine-adjustable **cassette** (VAK) that carries the insert, and an **accessory set** (VAZ) with screws and driver. Each head covers a 2 mm bore range. Each cassette covers a 0.4 mm window inside that range.

Note: for E06G SWUCR-02-0001 the product title gives 7.3 to 8.8 mm, while the catalog record gives DMIN 7.8 mm. Confirm with Denitool before relying on bores below 7.8 mm.

The first call returns the Vario cassettes, the second the Vario heads, the third the carbide fine-boring bars (together with some screws).
